The World Wildlife Fund India, or WWF, is committed to striving toward a clean and healthy future, where people live in harmony with Nature. We do this by promoting the reduction of pollution, the conservation of the world’s biodiversity, and the use of renewable and sustainable resources. Our main goal is that of Environmental protection.
Part of the WWF family, which is comprised of 27 national organisation, WWF-India is working on coming up with solutions in today’s rapidly evolving world. With so many advances in clean and green technology, it is our hope to be at the forefront of innovation and implementation of environmentally friendly practices.
Some of the Animal species that we are actively protecting include the Royal Bengal tiger, Asian elephant, red panda, otter and the Ganges river dolphin. You can get involved by volunteering at the WWF-India or by donating to the organisation.
