VNL knows that those living in Rural communities need a reliable, affordable way to communicate with others outside of their immediate areas. For this reason, we have developed a network Solar powered mobile services called WorldGSM, which is independent of the power grid.

Running solely on Solar Power, WorldGSM makes it possible for even the poorest communities to have access to clean, green mobile communication. There are no diesel generators, no electrical grids and it can be run by untrained workers, making it a feasible and sustainable solution.

VNL’s WorldGSM makes mobile communication low-power and low-cost. It uses no finite resources, and instead depends on the energy from the sun. We offer our products in rural villages as well as major roadways to bring our services to those who need them.
